The support package for five member team includes 20 support requests a year and online consultaion. Our support answers within 8 h (office hours 9-17, Eastern Europen Time) and the evaluated processing time is 0,5-2 hours. If the requests go over 20 tickets, one request is 85€ (+VAT). Team gets also a discount of 5% of all the trainings Gispo arranges.
