The Lite package of GispoHelp support service includes 5 support requests per year. The response time for support requests is eight hours on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m (GMT +2). If the support requests exceed the limit of 5 requests, 90€ (+ VAT) will be charged for the exceeding support requests.
